PandaTree, like many businesses, sometimes hires other companies to perform certain business-related functions on our behalf, such as mailing information, maintaining databases, processing payments and identifying individuals who may be interested in the Services. When we employ another entity to perform a function of this nature, we provide the entity with the information that it needs to perform its specific function(s) on our behalf. We may disclose the information we collect from children to third- party vendors, service providers, contractors or agents who perform business-related functions on our behalf and are capable of protecting the Children’s Personal Data we share with them. We use service providers to provide the following types of services:

  The videos that we record during a student’s lesson are recorded from TokBox and/or Agora, a third party platform. TokBox and Agora records the student video recording as well as the parent’s video consent. ToxBok may have visibility to a user’s location, IP Address, and browser information, including device type.

• Review service providers (Reviews.io)

  We share personal information with Reviews.io after a parent makes a purchase on the Services, in order for Reviews.io to send parents a link to leave us a review.

• We may allow third-party service providers to use cookies or similar technologies to collect information about a user’s browsing activities over time and across different websites following a user’s use of the Services. • We have also implemented Google Analytics Advertising Features provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”), including Google Adwords which lets us show relevant ads about the Services to visitors to and users of the Services across the Internet. Google and our other service providers collect data from visitors to and users of the Services via advertising cookies to serve these personalized ads on our behalf based on a visitor or user’s past visits to the Services. • Our Services also use certain advertising services offered by Facebook Inc. (“Facebook”) including the Facebook Pixel. The service allows us to follow the actions of users after they are redirected by clicking on a Facebook advertisement. We are thus able to record the efficacy of Facebook advertisements for statistical and market research purposes. The collected data are saved and processed by Facebook. Facebook is able to connect the data with your Facebook account and use the data for their own advertising purposes.
